Returns and cancellations

We can cancel your order no later than 12 hours after payment!

We sew dresses based on your personal measurements and this is an individual order! The dress will be sewn completely to fit your figure, so returns are not possible.

Sewing a dress takes 7-14 days.

As for delivery - approximately 7-14 days)

We recommend you (to) place your order as early as possible so that could have it along with materials in advance!

Sewing a dress takes from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the dress, individual design from 2-3 weeks.

Delivery from Ukraine from 1 to 3 weeks!

We also have a warehouse in London with some dress models in stock. Delivery from London takes from 3 to 7 days!

Yes! We can add a lining to the dress so that you can wear it not only to a photo shoot, but also for any other event!

Yes, you need to write to what exactly you would like to change. Some design changes are free of charge, for example, if you need to make a dress without a leg cut!

Yes! Our team will find almost any color to suit your request! Send us photos of the desired shade!

After ordering, your personal manager will contact you to give you instructions for taking the measurements necessary for your dress and agree on all the details of the order!

We sew a dress taking into account your individual measurements, which we will ask you for after ordering!

If you are pregnant and the photo shoot or event is not soon, we offer a custom plan for your order (from the beginning of the conversation with us to the arrival of the dress), in which you take measurements right before sewing the dress, and not in advance! You don't have to worry that your pregnant belly will get bigger during sewing and delivery and the dress will not fit!

Our team designs dresses that retain versatility in size! Most dresses are adjustable with lacing on the back.

To ensure that the measurements are correct, we recommend taking measurements in the atelier! It is very fast and reliable!
